How many nights can I book the apartments?
We rent our apartments in selected locations starting from 3 nights.
Where can I find your apartments?
In the Stuttgart / Esslingen area we maintain about 30 domiciles and in Berlin 4 domiciles with a total of over 400 apartments. We will be happy to advise you!
How are the apartments equipped?
Basically, all apartments have the same basic equipment. This may vary depending on the size of the apartment. You will find a high quality kitchen (partly open) equipped with a stove, cookware, coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, china dishes, etc. Some of the kitchens also have microwave and dishwasher. In each object there are high quality Down duvets and pillows with matching bed linen (2x each). Either a shower or a bathtub awaits you in the bathrooms, as well as hand & bath towels and a bath mat. A TV completes the equipment.
What about cleaning my garments?
At most of our locations we have set up a room for you with washing machine/s and tumble dryer. The tumble dryer is available free of charge. The washing machine is connected to a coin-operated machine (€ 2 for a time interval of 180 minutes). In some larger apartments you will also find a washing machine inside the apartment.
Can I have my apartment cleaned?
Of course, we will be happy to provide you with appropriate maintenance cleaning by a service company for a fee. Maintenance cleaning is included for stays of 29 nights or more.
Do I have to clean my apartment when I move out?
No. The final cleaning is done by a service company to guarantee consistent quality and hygiene.
Where can I park my vehicle?
At most of our locations you have the possibility to rent a parking space or garage.
