I have been in this apartment over a month now and I am very glad I made this choice. The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries and public transportation. The management staff and more specifically the employee Walid has always been helpful, collaborative and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise.Considering all of the above, I highly recommend the apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live.

MAVO provides very nice furnished apartments and we have experienced a very good customer service, specially with Walid that was always very helpful from the beginning of the booking process until moving in and out of the apartment. The apartments themselves were spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable, providing a true home-away-from-home feeling. They were also very well-equipped with everything we needed for both short and extended stays, from kitchen essentials to reliable Wi-Fi. The team was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. They made the entire process seamless, from booking to check-out. I highly recommend MAVO to any individual or company looking for high-quality, fully furnished apartments with top-notch service.

Top marks! Walid, Elsbeth and the whole MAVO team were wonderful to work with. Excellent accommodations; everything was turn key ready.

Also: Klare Empfehlung!

Rooms are quite good here.Nice location near to the Neckar and Mark Platz. But be ready to face some hefty fines if you break any thing's or if U miss the key inside the room.
